I originally moved to South FL from Louisiana to attend graduate school at Nova Southeastern University, where I graduated with my doctoral degree in 1997. I have been married for 30+ years and have 2 sons. I understand the challenges as a parent in caring for someone with Autism since our older son is a young adult with Autism. We also currently have a Florida Gator in our family since our younger son is a student at the University of FL.
Other relevant work experience includes working in the Broward County School district at the school and district level. I also held a leadership, elected position for two terms as a regional representative on the FL Association of School Psychology state board.
